If you rolled your eyes yesterday at Tony Shalhoub's sixth consecutive Emmy nomination for best actor in a comedy series, I'm thinking that maybe you just haven't seen Monk. It returns tonight (USA, 9 p.m. ET) for a seventh season. Check out an old clip after the jump, featuring the late Stanley Kamel. (Monk's new shrink will be played by Hector Elizondo.)
